The coffee filters from Io Nova replace conventional disposable coffee filters and thus avoid the creation of disposable waste. On the one hand, the strength of your coffee can be influenced by different quantities and degrees of grinding of the coffee powder. On the other hand, the material of the coffee filter was designed in such a way that the throughput time of the coffee is neither too long nor too short. If you still want to enjoy your coffee a little stronger, you can put several filters on top of each other. Our reusable filters can be used in filter coffee machines as well as in conventional hand filters. The coffee filters from Io Nova are size 4. They replace standard paper filters in size 4 or 1 x 4 in the case of Melitta.

Care: After each use, the filters should be rinsed with warm water and then air dried. Every 14 days, the coffee filters should be placed in boiling water for 10 minutes. This disinfects the coffee filters and removes oily residue.

Application: You can use the coffee filters just like conventional paper filters. If the upper edge of the filter protrudes a little, you can wrap it around the container so that the filter does not buckle when it is filled.
