What is the flower water:

Flower water is produced during the essential oil production process, where the water of the plant is extracted along with it. When the plant is distilled, the volatile aromatic oils become essential oils, and the watery aromatic extract that remains gives us the flower water. Lavender flower water is the distilled water resulting from the process of distilling the lavender flowers with water vapour.
